I have 18 years of corporate experience in Retail Banking and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), where I held senior and leadership roles.
My journey in training and coaching began during my time in the BPO sector, where I trained freshers and middle-level managers on call handling and customer service skills. For the past 10 years, I have been working as a freelance trainer. I am a certified trainer who helps students and working professionals develop essential behavioural and communication skills.
I have created modules on fluent English, email etiquette, interview skills, and accent correction entirely from scratch. I am experienced in both one-on-one and group coaching formats.
My coaching and counseling sessions always start with assessing the challenges a student might face. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. After the assessment, I design a customized coaching plan tailored to the student’s needs.
My objective is to build a long term relationship with all my students and add value in their professional development.
